Recycle at School

Essential to Eco-Cycle's mission is teaching the next generation about recycling and the environment. Since 1987, Eco-Cycle has coordinated the Boulder County School Recycling and Environmental Education Program with funding from Boulder County, Boulder Valley School District, Eco-Cycle and various grant sources.

More about the Boulder County School Recycling and Environmental Education Program Green Star Schools: In this innovative new program, local schools focus on waste reduction projects and composting in addition to traditional recycling, putting the students, teachers and staff at these schools at the cutting edge of resource conservation as they work toward Zero Waste.
